In my own humble opinion, SRO is better. The landscapes and terrain in particular is fantastic. Also (and i cant speak for everyone else), but Skyrim HD 2k Full svcked up at least 10 more fps than SRO. That was a big difference for me, especially considering I thought the latter was better. SRO also affects more textures than HD 2k.
